Basement construction utilised bored piles with shotcrete walls, then steel
framed and plastered. Upper floors were built with concrete slab floor, core
filled blockwork walls throughout the entire house as well as a flawless level 5
plaster finish. A main feature of the house was a mirrored finish vinyl ceiling
over the indoor swimming pool.
